When To Visit
Since Singapore sits just 1 degree away from the equator, their tropical weather does not vary much throughout the year. The weather tends to stay hot and humid all year round. Their rainfall is evenly spread out throughout the year and they receive an average of 167 days of rain a year. This can make visiting Singapore a bit challenging if you are trying to avoid the rain. Typically, the wetter season tends to be from September until February with January being the wettest month. This makes February through August the optimal time to visit. You may still experience rains, but the rains in the dryer season tend to be a bit quicker and more tropical than the monsoon rains in the wet season.
